 Senior Thesis Proposal  Proposal: Since my area Of concentration is Animation and Motion Graphics. I wanted to propose my short film of around 5 to 10 minutes be broadcast. With a following Q&A inquiring if the audience empathize with the dangers of technology and whether it will effect the world positively or negatively etc. Theme: The theme is the film's central, unifying concept . The Concept of “Lu-City “Will Technology advance Our society Orr Advance societies demise” This all African world evokes a universal human experience of Young Black Youth living on the run and tyranting the criminal undergound to keep foreigners/Americans off of African soil. Using the Americans Technology against them to overthrow them.  Concept: “Will Technology advance Our society Orr Advance societies demise” The young black militant youth of Lu-City indulge in all the taboos that the American government shuns.
